Will.i.am and Britney Spears collaborate on "Scream And Shout", the new single from the Black Eyed Peas star's new solo album "#willpower", due in stores on December 10, 2012 via Interscope! Produced by Will.i.am, "Scream And Shout" is synth-heavy tune clearly tailored for clubs. It cannot compare to the flawlessness of Will and Brit's previous collabo "Big Fat Bass", but the new song ain't that bad. Britney only sings the pre-chorus and a few adlibs in the actual chorus though.
