Beyoncé: 'Self-Titled' Part 5 - 'Honesty' (Video)
R&B superstar Beyoncé has released the fifth and last part of her mini-art feature "Self-Titled". This kind of multi-part documentary takes us on a journey throughout the recording process, and to understand the idea behind, "Beyoncé", the singer's fifth album.
In Part 5, Beyoncé begins the video by stating in interview that "the glue that ties this record together is...honesty". She then begins talking about her maturing process as an artist from her Destiny's Child days to the current state of her solo career. Half-way Part 5, Bee discusses the heavily-racy track "Rocket". Footage is shown of the recording of the song with Justin Timberlake, Timbaland and Pharrell in the studio. Beyoncé explains in detail the meaning of the song; which pretty much talks about sex...there's the flirting, the "climas", and the afterwards "cigarette". To close up the "Self-Titled" series, a few of the producers, songwriters, and video directors of the "Beyoncé" project share their thoughts.
