Bebe Rexha Moving To Republic Records?
Looks like Bebe Rexha is about to leave Warner Bros. Records for good and join rival label, property of the Universal Music Group, Republic Records (Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, Liam Payne, Julia Michaels, and more).
Bebe’s manager Adam Mersel had a meeting with Charlie Walk, president of Republic, earlier this week, and on a Bebe Rexha live stream on Instagram last night (Aug. 2), Charlie posted a friendly comment.
The pieces are out there and they all seem to fit this “switching labels” puzzle.
It seems the “All Your Fault P. 2” EP (out August 11) will be Bebe’s last project with Warner Bros. Records, then she’ll pack her bags and move to Republic Records. Rumor has it Bebe isn’t thrilled at the way Warner has handled her career from the very beginning. She started releasing music with them since 2014, and now that’s 2017; she’s yet to put out a full-length studio album.
