August Alsina (feat. Pusha T) - 'FML' [Music Video]
New Orleans’ upstart August Alsina has chosen his ‘FML’ collaboration with Pusha T as the next track to be serviced a music video. The record is produced by Drumma Boy and can be found on his debut album ‘Testimony’ released back in April.
Controversial, graphic, and powerful would be good words to describe the Payne Lindsay-directed visual for ‘FML’. August tackles the real life issue of suicide and at one point is seen hanging from a noose. The video kicks off with the chilling message: “The images depicted in this music video are purely fictional. Unfortunately the circumstances are a reality for far too many” and ends with “I’ve been where you are. Through the struggle and through the pain. It’s what makes us stronger than most. When there seems to be no way forward in life, you have to make a way.”
’Testimony’ can be purchased in stores now and on iTunes. Watch August Alsina’s NSFW visual for ‘FML’ below.
