Alicia Keys releases her fifth studio album "Girl On Fire" on November 27, 2012 via RCA Records - The set comes in one only standard edition featuring an intro plus 12 full new tracks! For the new era, AK teamed up with the likes of Swizz Beatz, Salaam Remi, Jeff Bhasker, Warren "Oakwud" Felder or The Smeezingtons in the production department while remaining a prominent co-writer on the whole record. There are a handful of pretty songs on "Girl on Fire", but this cannot be considered Alicia's best album to date. Just taking a look at her previous albums, I see the tracklists and I see no filler songs on those. But, I hear "Girl on Fire" and I hear a lot of not-single-worthy songs and that's not good. She's taking risks on this new record, and I hope she doesn't pay the consequences sales-wise. However, if we take "Girl on Fire" - the lead single - missing the Top 10 on the US Hot 100 as a lead, things don't look good, huh?.
