Adele Slays “Water Under The Bridge” Live Performance On ‘Jimmy Fallon’: Must Watch!
British diva Adele keeps on promoting her new album “25” on American television. Last night, November 23rd, the singer who has had the biggest music sales in the latest years appeared on NBC’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” to perform her song “Water Under The Bridge”, which probably is one of the most up-tempos in “25”. In “Water Under The Bridge” Adele sings about her attempt to stop a boy play with her feelings, and forcing him to make a decision, either he loves her or not. She hates unstable situations, and doesn’t want to get played (again).
Truth is there’s not much to comment about this performance. It was the usual; Adele was flawless and sounded like the angels. Wearing a hippy-chic long black dress, which suited her really well, a flawless make-up, and sporting the best hair I’ve seen from her in the latest days, the London chanteuse slayed “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” with her emotional and powerful voice and her solemn stage presence.
“Water Under The Bridge” is one of my favorite songs from “25” and I am beyond happy she’s performed it on TV already!
Was this pure slayage?
