2012 NBA All-Star Game - The Performances!
Orlando Magic's Amway Center hosted the 61st edition of the National Basketball Association (NBA) All-Star Game last night (February 26th) - On the sports note, congratulations to the Western Conference team who won 152 to 149! But what we really care about are the live performances...
Let's start with the pre-telecast gig, held on a stage outside the arena, which saw Gym Class Heroes and Flo Rida entertaining the crowds. The Travis McCoy-led band performed their hits "Stereo Hearts" and "Ass Back Home", while Florida's very own, rapper Florida (pun intended) offered a medley featuring his three latest smash singles. During the proper TNT broadcast of the All-Star Game, it was The Queen, Ms Mary J. Blige who had the honour to kick things off with a performance of the US national anthem. And for the halftime spectacle, Nicki Minaj went up to deliver the first live rendition of her brand new single "Starships", among other songs, and finally rapper Pitbull did the same rocking out a vibrant set that included his collaboration "International Love" with Chris Brown who accompanied him on stage.
