World Premiere! Zayn & Taylor Swift - "I Don't Wanna Live Forever": Full Audio + Review
What a huge surprise!
Zayn and Taylor Swift released a collaborative single titled "I Don't Wanna Live Forever" today on iTunes. The Jack Antonoff-produced sexy number will be featured on the upcoming soundtrack of "Fifty Shades Darker", the sequel to "Fifty Shades of Grey" which will hit theaters on February 10th next year.
Will "I Don't Wanna Live Forever" be as big or bigger than The Weeknd's "Earned It" or Ellie Goulding's "Love Me Like You Do"? Time will tell...

Zayn and Taylor Swift making a song together. "How did that happen?" you wonder? Well, Zayn is Gigi Hadid's boyfriend and since Gigi is one of Taylor's best friends... there you go.
"I don't wanna live forever, 'cause I know I'll be living in vain", sings Zayn in the chorus of this sexy but dark song. Taylor makes her appearance in the second verse, the bridge and here and there with a few ad-libs. Wish she had sung a full chorus solo, though.. But YEY at the plenty Zayn falsettos! Those were hot.
My reaction to the first listen: "I Don't Wanna Live Forever" will evidently be a chart-topping hit - like, it's Zayn and Taylor, y'all - but I don't think it is "the greatest song ever" nor the best song to come from the "Fifty Shades" soundtracks legacy. I truly like "IDWLF" but after the first listen I don't know if I will hit the "replay" button. I enjoyed the track, I thought it was greatly produced and sung, but my as of this post my admiration ends there, for my mind is not craving a second listen just yet. It definitely didn't stuck in my head. A super cool music video might change my mind, though...
