Watch: Eminem Interview With Zane Lowe [Full] + Performs 'Berzerk' In Studio
While out overseas in Europe promoting his newly released album 'The Marshall Mathers LP 2', Eminem sat down with BBC Radio 1's Zane Lowe for an extensive one hour interview. Today (Nov. 18th) we get the first part of their sit down together which spans almost 14 minutes in length.
"I mean some stuff yea but for the most part I just felt like it might be fun to revisit the overall vibe of that album" answered Em when asked whether 'MMLP2' allowed him to settle old scores and bury hatchets. Marshall also discussed working with Rick Rubin for the first time, 'Bad Guy', expectations that came with calling the album a sequel, and more. It's not a complete Eminem interview without his humor and we see some of that early with a threat to pee on the floor in order to top Kanye's interview buzz.
'The Marshall Mathers LP 2', which features the hit singles 'Berzerk' and 'The Monster', debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 792,000 units sold. Look for Part 2, 3, and 4 of Eminem's interview with Zane to be released in the coming days and watch part 1 below.
