Shocking: Fergie & Josh Duhamel To Divorce After 8 Years Of Marriage!
What a shocker.
After 8 years of marriage, singer Fergie and actor Josh Duhamel announced today that they are divorcing. They released the following joint statement via People.com:
“With absolute love and respect we decided to separate as a couple earlier this year. To give our family the best opportunity to adjust, we wanted to keep this a private matter before sharing it with the public. We are and will always be united in our support of each other and our family.”
Fergie and Josh Duhamel have a 4-year-old son named Axl.
Only in January this year Fergie and Josh looked very happy and in love as they shared photos of loving couple and family moments on Instagram celebrating their 8th anniversary of marriage. So, what happened? And when? They mentioned “earlier this year” in the joint statement but doing a quick review of Josh’s Instagram, there’s photo of him with Fergie dated July 19 this year. It must’ve been a really big motive for the divorce announcement to come so soon and not trying to make things get fixed simply with time. Cheating maybe? Anyway, this is so sad.
Fergie will be releasing her new album “Double Dutchess” on September 22. And there’s the possibility it won’t be too long until she releases the follow-up. Why? Because there’s no doubt this divorce will give Fergie a lot of “inspiration” to write a lot of new songs.
