Rihanna Performs "Bitch Better Have My Money" & "American Oxygen" on "SNL": Watch
Rihanna was the musical guest on the last episode of Season 40 of “Saturday Night Live” on NBC on May 16. The Barbados singer performed live two tracks from her forthcoming “R8” project which, if God permits, will arrive in stores around the world at some point this summer.
“Bitch Better Have My Money” and “American Oxygen” were chosen songs by RiRia to do on “SNL” last night. Do you think “Four Five Seconds” should’ve been there instead of “American Oxygen” too? I mean, “AO” is just going nowhere.
For the “BBHMM” performance, Rihanna wore an oversized denim outfit and a head bandana, and brought the “you’re wife on the backseat of my brand new foreign car” line to life with cool opening car scene. As for “American Oxygen”, RiRi opted to come out on stage with a fringe-y top and remain in the “shadows” (we could only saw her silhouette) for the entirety of the performance as the footage playing on a big screen behind – all historic moments in US history – was apparently the “important” thing about the performance.
