Mariah Carey kept her promise. The world diva premiered through her Facebook page in the morning of Monday, November 11th her brand new single "The Art of Letting Go". The Rodney Jerkins-produced moving ballad is, in Mariah's own words, one of her most personal records yet, and she wrote the lyrics "so that anyone and everyone could relate to them". How to describe Mariah's new single? Let me see..oh, that's right...it's "everything!!". The delicate, and sublime production, the melody, the lyrics (Mariah said fans should pay special attention to the last lines in Verse 2), and, obviously, her soaring vocals; these all make "The Art of Letting Go" a fantastic song.
