New Music: Lil Wayne - 'Fingers Hurting'
After revealing the release date of his 'Sorry 4 The Wait 2' mixtape earlier in the day, Lil Wayne wastes no time in releasing the full version of the track he previewed alongside the announcement. Titled 'Fingers Hurting', the Metro Boomin-produced tune hears the Young Money general freestyle over iLoveMakonnen's 'Maneuvering'.
'Fingers Hurting' is actually one of two iLoveMakonnen records that Wayne reworked on 'Sorry 4 The Wait 2'. The second is his freestyle over 'Tuesday', which has yet to be released but a preview of can be heard on Youtube. The track follows his remix of Future's Mike Will Made It-produced 'Shit' banger earlier in the week. Wayne brings his signature flow and punchlines for four straight minutes over a beat perfectly suited for him.
'Sorry 4 The Wait 2' arrives January 20th (Tuesday). After that Wayne will follow up with his long awaited 'Tha Carter V' LP. Stream and download 'Fingers Hurting' below.
