New Music: Lil' Kim - "Dead Gal Walking"
Her "Hard Core 2K13" mixtape was supposed come out today, Halloween Day 2013, but it was announced earlier this week that Lil' Kim's second mixtape would be delayed until November 29th, Black Friday. To compensate fans, the Queen Bee dropped tonight a brand new track from the mixtape, called "Dead Gal Walking". Listen below!
On "Dead Gal Walking", the raptress said; "Perfect title for the perfect day, Halloween!", before adding, "You know it's a very strong, serious record, but at the same time, feel-good. And, you know, there's a lot of things that can turn you into a dead girl or a dead man walking and nobody wants to be that. So, I guess my message is 'don't become a dead girl or dead man walking. Live your life right'"
Is this dancehall-flavored track any good? Well, I am kind of loving it, actually! Let me bogle, and dutty wine to this a bit, lol. When the Queen gets on reggae mode, ain't nobody can't stop her. "Dead Gal Walking" is giving me "Lighters" teas, and that ain't bad at all.
