Nelly - Just A Dream (New Song!)
In what is nowadays a typical strategy by Universal Motown, Nelly will have a dual release for the first single off the upcoming album "Nelly 5.0" (out September 21st) - The club banger that we could listen to yesterday "Tippin' In The Club" will be sent to the urban formats while this newly leaked track "Just A Dream" will go to the pop formats. It's nice! Although, when I clicked the "play" button I was like "This can't be a Nelly song!". Doesn't the first seconds sound like the intro of a song of a pop/rock band from back in the day? LOL. Anyway, "Just A Dream" is very Nelly, it has a catchy chorus and in style/sound reminds me a bit to "Ride Wit Me". Pretty good, pretty good. September is not that far away so Nelly better be readying the video-shoots for both singles. Still have my fingers crossed his duet with Kelly Rowland, "Gone", leaks earlier!
