Natalia Kills - Kill My Boyfriend (Music Video!)
British dark-pop star Natalia Kills ends the life of her fiancé by drowning him in a bathtub filled with a white viscous liquid (I wanna say it's milk, but it'd be too cheap, lol) in the recently-premiered music video for her new single, the DJ Junior Caldera-produced "Kill My Boyfriend". This a rather new song which Ms Kills included on the American edition of her debut album 'Perfectionist' (August 2011). "Kill My Boyfriend" was officially announced as a single on September, it went to radios that same month, but little was the impact made by Sara Bareilles 'Love Song' beat-influenced tune (I know! The first seconds!). That until now, when the MV has finally seen the light of day. Btw, I'm really upset Natalia Kills hasn't yet consolidated as a hit artist, her music and lyrics are incredible...I guess people just don't connect with her :/. "Kill My Boyfriend" could be her last opportunity so please support it, by requesting it on radios, buying it on iTunes, going to Nat's concerts, or just watching the video when it comes on VEVO.
"Kill My Boyfriend" is just a phenomenal song! It's perfection! It just kills me Nat is so underrated! Grrr! I love the whole aggressiveness of the message and lyrics combined with Natalia's fluffy way of singing it. As for the MV, it was basically what I expected it to be. Very glamorous, and very Natalia Kills style. The only piece of criticism could be the car scenes. They just didn't add anything to the story, and Nat could've use those golden seconds to tell us more on the REAL MOTIVES behind this murder.
