Danish singer MØ released her “When I Was Young” EP over the weekend. “When I Was Young” is MØ’s second EP of her career, following 2013’s “Bikini Daze”, and her first studio release since 2014’s debut full-length album “No Mythologies to Follow”. New music-wise, MØ’s last piece of new music was the one-off single “Nights with You” released back in April this year. So she’s definitely “fighting” her label to give her fans new music whenever something new is ready but the question is: how long till her next full-length album? It’s been 3 long years since “No Mythologies to Follow”! Something smells fishy. What are Sony Music’s real plans with MØ?
“When I Was Young”, the EP, consists of 6 songs, all co-written by MØ where the title track was released as the lead single.
Worth a listen? Definitely! This EP screams GROWTH. And it’s very hard for us to not like MØ’s music. We have blind faith in her, unlike her label.
