Those watching the 2014 FIFA World Cup may have noticed a new Jay Z verse in the latest Beats By Dre commercial airing on TV. Well turns out that verse is a new remix by Jay over X Ambassadors and Jamie N Commons' 'Jungle' track released last month and now we have ours ears on the full version.
"It’s cops to dodge in the city of God / To reach the goals of these soccer stars. There’s records to break, medals to take, flags to wave, the city is ours" raps Jay-Z, showcasing a flow we didn't hear on his last studio album 'Magna Carta Holy Grail'. The remix comes as a surprise to many as the New York rapper typically only hops on what's hot and buzzing at the time.
