Lana del Rey's New Single "High By The Beach" Is Out On August 10th: See The Summery Cover Art Now!
What a wonderful day for Lana del Rey fans! First, news broke out there’s a duet between the NYC singer and The Weeknd on the latter’s upcoming new album, and second, only an hour or so after the Lana-The Weeknd collaboration was revealed to the world, certainly knowing it was the most perfect time for another announcement as there already was a big online buzz about her, Ms. Del Rey took to Instagram to reveal the real title of her new single – first OFFICIAL offering from “Honeymoon” – its cover, and its release date. August 4th, 2015 will be a day to remember!
OMG! The “Honeymoon” era (Lana’s third album era) is about to commence.
“Music To Watch Boys To” is no more (what happened? Did the label have last minute doubts?) as the real first single from “Honeymoon” is a song titled “High By The Beach” and it’s going to arrive on iTunes and get sent to radios on August 10th. That’s only 6 days from now!!!!!
The accompanying cover art, which could be Lana’s career best, shows the "West Coast" diva serving chest while standing on a white-painted pier with the breathtaking view of the Californian ocean in the back and a small replica of a sailing boat sitting next to her. It’s all so graceful, sexy and summery.
Dying to hear this! I already feel that “High By The Beach” is going to become my ultimate summer anthem!
