Justin Bieber Covers 2Pac & Tracy Chapman On BBC Radio 'Live Lounge': Watch Videos
Justin Bieber may want to be left alone for a little while after his Instagram account deactivation drama (Beliebers bullied his girlfriend on that social media outlet so he pulled the plug) but unfortunately for him there’s one gig he couldn’t cancel from his schedule: BBC Radio 1’s “Live Lounge”. Justin made the compromise to kick-start the Live Lounge Month today September 1st and considering the big deal this opening gig was for BBC Radio 1 he just couldn’t cancel on them. However, he did add some extra conditions to the agreement. Instead of performing live from the London studio of the radio station, he performed live from his house in Los Angeles - lol.
The Canadian pop singer performed six songs in total on “Live Lounge” today. Two were songs from his super-successful “Purpose” album; "What Do You Mean" and "Love Yourself", other two were his most recent collaborations; "Cold Water" and "Let Me Love You", and the last two were covers - Tracy Chapman's 1988 classic "Fast Car" and 2Pac's "Thugz Mansion" - all in acoustic mode.
It's really happening, making his Live Lounge debut, it's @justinbieber. Anyone feeling like this ????? Yep, us too... pic.twitter.com/l2gAvUqFBn
