John Mayer’s First New Song Of 2018 Is “New Light”: Listen Now!
John Mayer premiered today the first single from his upcoming yet-untitled eighth studio album (the follow-up to 2017's "The Search for Everything"). "New Light" (written and produced by John and No I.D) got an exclusive first play on Zane Lower's Beats 1 show before getting released on all digital platforms.
"But if you give me just one night / You're gonna see me in a new light / Yeah, if you give me just one night / To meet you underneath the moonlight / Oh, I want a take two, I want to breakthrough / I wanna know the real thing about you / So I can see you in a new light", sings John on the chorus of his new song.
So happy John is giving us new music only a year after his last LP.
