Hailee Steinfeld & Alesso Release New Single "Let Me Go": Audio
Very interesting. Hailee Steinfeld and Alesso released a joint single entitled “Let Me Go” last week on digital stores. The tropical dance-pop song features Florida Georgia Line and watt and it is a one-off single from Republic Records to the world for this fall (or spring, depending where you are in the world) season.
“Let Me Go” has been described as “a feel-good breakup song with pop and country crossover” and we couldn’t agree more. Although, the “country” factor is really small. Even Florida Georgia Line sound heavily pop in here.
“I've been hoping somebody loves you in the ways I couldn't / Somebody's taking care of all of the mess I've made / Someone you don't have to change / I've been hoping / Someone will love you, let me go”, sings Hailee Steinfeld in the chorus of her Alesso-produced single. The Swedish man is one excellent producer. This beat is on fire!
