Florence Welch 'Shakes It Out' For Irish TV Show, Agnes Performs at Swedish Fundraiser Event!

Flawless goddess Florence Welch, leader of British indie pop/rock group Florence and The Machine, performed her new single "Shake It Out" - taken from her forthcoming second album "Ceremonials" (October 31st) - for the first time on television this past Friday (October 28th) at popular Irish TV programme "The Late Late Show", plus she also did a little cute interview afterwards. Florence's speaking voice is lovely, haha. As for the performance itself....hmmm...I simply cannot put in doubt her flawless and god-gifted voice, but I don't think Florence gave her best performance that night. I was expecting a bit MORE to be honest. The new single by Florence and the Machine "Shake It Out" is thus far underperforming on the UK Singles Chart BUT we gotta remember that A) Florence's done almost ZERO promotion in support of the new single, and B) Florence and the Machine aren't a singles act, and I doubt not, their new album "Ceremonials" will still go on to sell loads!

Also earlier this week, Swedish pop diva Agnes Carlsson delivered the first televised performance of her brand new single, the dance-ballad "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" at the annual Rosa Bandet Benefit Gala broadcasted on Swedish Television 'TV3'. Agnes slayed vocally but that dress made her look old. It's something I could see Kylie Minogue wearing (not hating....) not 23-year-old Agnes. SMH at her stylist. Anyhow, the amazing "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" recently peaked at #1 on iTunes Sweden so congrats to Agnes! Looking foward to that new album in early 2012.
