Breaking: Justin Bieber Arrested for DUI In Miami! The Beginning of the Downfall? [Arrest Video]
This was simply bound to happen. Is the beginning of his downfall?
19-year-old Canadian star Justin Bieber, and singer of chart-topping hits such as; "Baby", or "Boyfriend" or "Beauty and the Beat", was arrested for DUI and drag racing in the early hours of Thursday, January 23rd, by police officers in Miami Beach.
He was arrested around 4 a.m, on Pine Tree Drive and 26th Street. Cops initially stopped Justin Bieber, who was driving a yellow Lamborghini in the residential neighborhood, for the drag racing, but afterwards, they decided to do field sobriety test at the scene too. Justin Bieber failed the test. He was arrested immediately.

UPDATES:
As of this post, Justin Bieber is in jail, where he will be booked and processed and a bail will be set. JB will obviously pay and will be "free"...until he has to go on trial.
- Paparazzi are camping outside the Miami Beach Police Department.
- Justin Bieber will be sent and be temporarily imprisoned at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade. Mug shot will be taken here.
- NBC 6 has learned Bieber "may have also had DRUGS in his system in addition to alcohol when stopped by police".
- "Kid needs help," police spokesperson Bobby Hernandez said.
- "Bieber was incoherent, had his hands in his pockets and resisted arrest without violence", "He also did not have a valid license", reports the Miami Herald.
- The Miami Herald adds; "Bieber told officers that he had a beer, was under the influence of anti-depressants and had been smoking marijuana all day."
- A Justin Bieber fan who was following his yellow Lamborghini and his escort of SUVs has posted a video showing the arrest on Instagram.
