Actor Ansel Elgort Drops His First Single As DJ & Singer, “Home Alone” / It’s KILLER! (Stream)

Actor Ansel Elgort has become a member of the music industry. He is now a singer and a DJ.
With the help of Island Records (already getting the support of a major label so early!), Ansel, who wants be known now as Ansolo, released his debut single over the weekend titled “Home Alone” - a track he produced and where all of the vocals are his. And no, they are not edited. It’s really him singing and he sings pretty good (he even has a soulful tone to his voice!). Ansel Elgort, sorry - Ansolo - has surprised me!
“At the end of the night/ When I turn off the lights/ And the bullsh*t fades away/ I don’t want to go home alone”, sings Ansolo in the hook of his new single.
As you can deduce from that lyric excerpt, “Home Alone” is rather a moody track where Ansolo cries out loud that he doesn’t want to live a life alone. Thankfully, that sad sentiment the lyrics express is counterbalanced with a pretty killer electronic production - who Ansolo created entirely by himself it seems. So not only is he a decent singer, he also had mad producer skills!
I will definitely keep a close watch on him.
